Among them, the main function of the air filter pressure reducing valve is to stabilize the pressure, filter impurities and water vapor in the air. The fault that often occurs during the use of the valve is air leakage. The following briefly introduces the valve Common faults and corresponding maintenance methods.
For the air leakage of soft-sealed gate valves, there are the following common ones:
1. The solenoid valve on the cylinder is leaking, which may be caused by the pressure in the pressure reducing valve being too high.
2．The exhaust hole of the cylinder leaks air. This is because the two movable parts inside the cylinder and the seal ring at the seal of the cylinder block are aging.
3. The upper and lower parts of the cylinder leak air. This is because the sealing ring between the actuator and the cylinder does not achieve the sealing effect due to the frequent activities of the actuator.
4. In addition to the above three situations, there is another situation that may also cause the cylinder to leak air, that is, the spring in the cylinder is damaged, and the force is not in place, which may also cause the closed position.
Corresponding solutions:
1. Replace the sealing ring of the actuator.
2．Change the sealing ring at the cylinder.
3. Adjust the air pressure of the pressure reducing valve to 3-5 kg, or disassemble the lower part of the solenoid valve for a few times, sometimes it is possible to change the solenoid valve.
4 Change the spring in the cylinder.
When solving the problem of cylinder air leakage, it is necessary to consider according to the actual situation, for example, whether the valve is air-opened or air-closed. For air-open valves, we can first close the hand valves at both ends, and then let the central control unit Open this valve, first disassemble the connecting piece at the connection, and then cut off the gas source. At this time, release the gas at the pressure reducing valve. Note that the actuator will rotate at 90°C at this time. The actuator moved back to its original location.
